Black Rat Snake leucistic (Pantherophis obsoletus)

Elaphe obsoleta, commonly known as the black rat snake, is a species of snake found in North America, Europe, and Asia. These snakes usually have glossy black bodies with white lips, chins, and throats. Juveniles have a distinct brown and gray pattern that darkens to black as they mature. They are one of the longest snakes in North America, growing up to 34-101 inches in length.
